Spotlight Home Inspection and Justin is always on the list of Home Inspectors I recommend to my clients. I tend to work with many Veteran home buyers and they appreciate Justin also being a Veteran/Imperial being a Veteran Owned Co. He is always incredibly thorough in his inspection, provides real feedback and insight and has gone above and beyond for many of my clients over the years. Offering a variety of services, he is able to give buyers a complete home inspection without hiring various companies. He and I have talked about many of the continuing education courses and avenues he persues and seems to be truly passionate about learning and being up to date on things to educate and service his clients the best he can. Lastly, he is always on time (early actually), is efficient during his time at the home and is always keeping the buyer and myself updated as he moves through the inspection. I know most, if not all, of my clients who used him have been happy with services and his inspections assist me with educating and working with buyers in making tge best decisions for their specific situation. We are lucky to have many great options in the Central Iowa area but Justin is definitely first class!
