Justin did an excellent job with a difficult situation and 100+ year old house. During the walkthrough all the items I was concerned with were addressed as well as things I hadn't noticed. Additionally it was an occupied investment property that had tenants in it and some were sick. He did a great job of maneuvering around them while being respectful and ensuring that the necessary property details were still captured in detail. Very professional and well worth the money spent for the insight provided.
